Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Discreet Shipping

To ensure your complete privacy, all our packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging, with no indication of the contents or the name "Erotic Shop."

The sender's name is discreet and does not reveal the nature of the products ordered.

2. Delivery Zones and Costs

We deliver to Switzerland and European Union countries, including France. Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed in your shopping cart before you finalize your order.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Switzerland: 2 to 4 business days (Swiss Post)
France and EU: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or in the event of postal service disruptions.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped, allowing you to track your delivery in real-time on the Swiss Post or partner carrier's website.

5. Liability and Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address before finalizing your order.

Erotic Shop Lady Mary cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If you have not received your package beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at erotic-shop@lady-mary.ch, including your order number.

We will promptly open an inquiry with the carrier. Upon handover of the package to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer, in accordance with Swiss law.

7. Customs and taxes — EU deliveries

For deliveries to the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the legislation of the destination country.

Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your country's customs authorities before placing an order.
